Job Title - Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager (Night Shift) Job Description As part of the Sales & Business Development Team, you will interact with the client on the prospects over the phone as well as through written correspondence. You will be required to prospect, propose, negotiate, close deals and manage client accounts end-to-end. Requirements: Minimum of 1-3 years of working experience in a Business Development role. Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends. We are looking for individuals with a technical bent of mind. Proven track record of achieving aggressive targets Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work in night shift (Work Timings 06:30pm to 03:30am) Mon - Fri. Responsibilities: Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations. Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through calling and emails. Understand the requirement and client's need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technical skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources. Negotiate the rates with the clients and candidates. Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the client which is required for making an end client submission. Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made. Orient the candidates. Education: Any Graduate with good understanding of IT.
