Sales Manager, Business Development Manager

As an ideal candidate for the position, you should possess a strong understanding of the latest trends in the IT industry and software services, particularly in the areas of Mobile Apps and Web Services. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect for potential new clients and convert these prospects into increased business by selling Websites, Mobile Apps, and Portals. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 5 years of experience working with international clients. - Experience with Bidding portals like upwork.com, freelancers.com, Guru.com will be a plus. - Must have demonstrated leadership skills to drive sales. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Experience in generating and handling high volume sales. - Prior experience working with IT services company. - Ability to lead a team of 5+ salespeople. - Should be able to take responsibility for team sales. - Excellent communication skills. - Should be a good mentor for the team. - Preferred candidate should be able to work smartly.
