Job Description

Role Overview: As the Sales Manager for building materials, you will be responsible for leading and managing all sales activities. You must have at least 5 years of experience in selling to various client segments, such as dealers, architects, and B2B clients. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can achieve sales targets, build strong client relationships, and expand market share effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders like dealers, architects, contractors, and B2B clients, and act as the primary point of contact for sales-related inquiries. - Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure target achievement. - Identify and penetrate new markets and customer segments, participate in industry events to promote products, and manage the departmental budget effectively. - Maintain in-depth product knowledge of all building materials, address customer complaints promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the building materials industry. - Demonstrated experience in selling to dealers, architects, and B2B clients. - Strong leadership, team-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and events. Additional Details: This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. English language proficiency is preferred for this role.
