As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Sales Manager to join our Gurugram office and play a pivotal role in driving BrandSeeder’s next phase of growth.


💼 Role: Sales Manager:

As a Sales Manager at BrandSeeder, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle- from prospecting high-potential clients to closing strategic deals. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to position BrandSeeder as the go-to growth engine for brands across industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify, pitch, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Conduct impactful product presentations and solution-driven conversations.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through trust and value creation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and solution offerings.
  • Maintain accurate reporting through CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates.
  • Represent BrandSeeder at industry events and networking opportunities.


Must-Have Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in marketing, SaaS, digital advertising, or brand growth services.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Ability to deeply understand client needs and map them to BrandSeeder’s solutions.
  • High ownership, self-motivation, and a strong drive to succeed.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with e-commerce brands, digital-first companies, or startups.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, or brand development ecosystems.
  • Existing industry networks are a plus.
