Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and leading sales teams. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and monitoring market trends to adjust strategies accordingly. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to lead and manage sales teams effectively Excellent organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of the security solutions or facility management industry is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon and travel as needed Show more Show less
