Lead and motivate the Inside Sales Team to generate leads and build a strong sales funnel. Meet with potential clients and conduct follow-ups via calls and emails. Use effective communication and negotiation skills to close deals. Lead with ethics, empathy, and inspire your team to achieve excellence. Provide regular sales reports to the Operations Manager. Foster a positive and energetic work environment. Contact potential customers to inform them about Internet Leased Line services. Answer inquiries about the company's Internet Leased Line services. Understand customer needs through active questioning and close sales. Direct potential clients to the field sales team when required. Enter and update customer information in the database accurately. Process orders efficiently and handle any grievances professionally. Maintain records of calls, sales, and useful client information. Build and nurture relationships within the B2B segment. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Manage sales pipelines and ensure timely deal closure. Demonstrate strong English communication skills. Requirements: Proven experience in B2B sales (Minimum 3 years). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand and sell technical solutions.
