Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue from current accounts by introducing new products, services, or tailored solutions. Order Management: Oversee the client order process end-to-end, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery aligned with client expectations. Sales & Negotiation: Lead negotiation efforts to secure long-term, win-win agreements. Focus on delivering client satisfaction while meeting company objectives. Target Achievement: Consistently achieve sales targets for existing and new business. Track KPIs and strategize to maximize retention and account expansion. Client Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for client concerns or service issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution to maintain trust and loyalty. Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular reports on client engagement, sales performance, and customer satisfaction. Share insights with leadership for continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) 27 years of B2B sales experience in interior design, furniture, building materials, or allied industries Demonstrated experience in working with architects, interior designers, or similar clientele Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English and the local language Ability to engage high-level stakeholders and influence decision-making Show more Show less
