Description Job Title : Sales Manager Bespoke Furniture and Fit OutLocation : DELHI / MUMBAIJob Type: Full timeSalary: 10 LPAJob Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Manager to join our team at HausLuxuriant, a leading manufacturer of bespoke furniture and fit out solutions. The SalesManager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationshipswith clients, and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing. This position offersthe opportunity to work in a creative and fast paced environment, where you will be helpingclients bring their vision to life through high quality, custom made furniture and fit outsolutions.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve company targets for bespokefurniture and fit out projects. Identify new business opportunities, actively prospect potential clients, and build astrong pipeline of leads. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional serviceand identifying upselling opportunities. Collaborate with the design and production teams to understand client requirementsand ensure projects meet specifications, timelines, and budgets. Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations to clients, including productdesigns, material selections, and pricing. Conduct negotiations and close deals, ensuring the companys offerings align withclient expectations. Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to network and promote thecompany s products and services. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the managementteam. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer client inquiries and provideexpert advice on design, functionality, and materials. Ensure that client satisfaction is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role, ideally within thebespoke furniture, interior design, or fit out industries. Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation toclosing and post sales support. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence andengage with decision makers. Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, including design,production, and project management. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multipleprojects simultaneously. A deep passion for design, furniture, and interiors, with an eye for detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce isa plus). Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment. A degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred butnot mandatory.
