Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and converting prospects

into customers, with a strong emphasis on using LinkedIn for digital prospecting, brand

engagement, and B2B lead generation. The role requires strong financial product knowledge,

excellent communication skills, and expertise in LinkedIn outreach.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead Generation : Use LinkedIn to identify, research, and target potential client.

identifying potential clients and developing relationships.

 LinkedIn Branding & Activity: Maintain an optimized and professional LinkedIn profile to

enhance credibility.

 Product Knowledge : Maintain a strong understanding of thecompany’s financial

products, services, and industry trends to effectively advise clients.

 Client Consultation : Understand client needs, provide expert advice, and offer suitable

financial products and services to meet those needs.

 Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and

contribute to the overall sales goals of the team.

 Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships

with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

 Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to ensure timely closure of deals

and secure repeat business.

Key Requirements

 Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business , Finance, Marketing, or a

related field (preferred).

 Experience: Minimum of 1-2years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial

services industry.

Skills:

o Knowledge of Linkedin (preferred)

o Excellent communication in english, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

o Strong ability to identify client needs and present appropriate financial solutions.

o Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

o Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

Preferred Skills

 Knowledge of financial products and services such as insurance, investment, loans, or

wealth management.

 Experience in B2B or B2C sales, especially in the financial service so related industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
