We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations at our garment firm based in Bara Bazar, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the garment/textile market, strong B2B and wholesale experience, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market presence. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients (wholesalers, retailers, distributors). Identify and onboard new clients across West Bengal and nearby regions. Oversee a team of sales executives, set targets, and monitor performance. Conduct regular market visits to gather insights and ensure competitive positioning. Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,752.68 - ₹47,115.30 per month Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Experience: B2B sales: 10 years (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
