As we scale our inside‑sales engine, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who’s equal parts strategist, coach, and performance‑driver. Responsibilities: Lead & Inspire: Mentor Team Leaders, setting clear goals, KPIs and cultivating a high‑energy, target‑driven culture. Strategize for Growth: Design and execute sales playbooks—prospecting, qualification, demos, and closures—to hit revenue targets. Data‑Driven Optimization: Analyze weekly/monthly dashboards; identify trends, gaps, and run A/B tests on pitches or incentives. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine messaging, promotions, and feedback loops. Process Champion: Ensure rigorous CRM discipline, accurate pipeline forecasting, and on‑time reporting to stakeholders. Problem Solver: Tackle escalations—be it led quality, conversion bottlenecks, or team performance—and implement scalable fixes. Requirements: Proven Track Record: 4–6 years in B2C/EdTech sales, with at least 2 years managing multi‑layered teams. Analytical Mindset: Comfort with numbers—forecasting, pipeline metrics, and performance analytics. Leadership & Coaching: Strong people skills; you know how to motivate, develop talent, and hold teams accountable. CRM Expertise: Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms. Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional presentation skills and a knack for cross‑functional teamwork.
