Sales Manager – Steel Industry (Flanges & Fittings Division)

About Us:
Akash Steel Crafts Pvt. Ltd. is a well-established manufacturer and supplier of stainless steel pipes, tubes, and industrial fittings, serving a wide range of industries across India and overseas. We are now looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our growth in the flanges and fittings segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Manage and expand the client base across domestic and export markets.
• Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, distributors, and end users.
• Identify new business opportunities within the flanges, fittings, and piping components segment.
• Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to support strategic decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team for maximum performance.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in sales of steel products, preferably flanges, fittings, or piping materials.
• Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred).
• Strong existing network in the steel and fabrication industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to travel and meet clients as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
