ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to grow business in both retail and fleet segmentsLead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retentionConduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the electric vehicle (EV) spaceCollaborate with marketing and customer support teams to enhance brand presence and customer experienceEnsure seamless operations of the showroom, including test rides, customer queries, and post-sale engagementMaintain regular reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in automobile sales, preferably in two-wheelers or electric vehiclesStrong leadership skills with experience managing a sales teamExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSolid understanding of CRM tools and dealership operationsPassionate about customer service and sustainable mobility solutions
