Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Recruit and train a team of advisers/agents to sell Life insurance products. Generate business opportunities and achieve sales targets through the appointed agents within the designated region. Monitor and ensure the timely tracking of agents' licensing, activation, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, claims, and operations to provide seamless services and resolve client issues. Preferred Candidate Profile : Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (preferably in the Agency / Life Insurance). At least 1 year of experience with the current employer. Strong sales orientation with a 100% focus on field sales. Must own a two-wheeler for efficient movement within the assigned region. Benefits : 5-day work week (Saturday & Sunday off).
