Job Role: Sales Manager Job Location : Mumbai Experience : 3 to 5 years Department: Hospital Vertical Qualification : B.sc , B.pharma, B.com Job Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Hospital Tie-Ups • Identify and onboard multi-specialty hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare chains for claim financing solutions. • 2. Build strong relationships with CFOs, finance heads, hospital administrators, and insurance desk teams 3. Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and financial structuring discussions. • 4. Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure smooth onboarding. 5. Sales & Revenue Growth • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for hospital tie-ups and financing volume. • 6. Optimize pricing models to ensure hospital adoption while maintaining profitability. • 7. Work closely with internal teams (operations, credit, and tech) to ensure smooth claim processing and financing disbursements.
