Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Business Development & Strategy Develop and implement effective sales and business strategies for the above specified areas. o Identify new business opportunities, engage with key stakeholders, and expand market reach. Build long-term and short-term business development goals aligned with organizational objectives. Conduct market analysis, track industry trends, and assess competition to refine go-to market strategies. Solutioning & Customer Engagement Collaborate with Product R&D teams to develop compelling value propositions, technical presentations, and solution demos. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth Define and achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and business growth objectives. o Lead end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to contract closure. Drive customer negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract finalization. o Ensure timely execution of sales agreements, project delivery, and payment collections. Team Leadership & Mentorship Develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability within the sales team. Monitor and review the effectiveness of action plans regularly, making data-driven adjustments. Stakeholder Management & Reporting Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, corporate clients, and industry partners. Provide regular updates, sales reports, and forecasts to leadership, focusing on key metrics and pipeline health. Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen market positioning. Key Requirements: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/MBA. • Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales, business development, or solutioning roles, preferably in water and energy domains. Out of this experience minimum 5 years in leadership roles. • Proven track record of business growth, solution selling, and strategic sales execution. • Strong negotiation and contract management skills to drive high-value deals. • Ability to analyse market data, customer insights, and sales performance to refine strategies. • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for engaging with Company level executives and decision-makers. • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics tools is preferred. • Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings, solution presentations, and business expansion.
