Sales Intern

Kapeefit Health Brand Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Interns to join our growing team. The intern will play a key role in handling voice and chat sales processes, assisting customers, promoting products, and driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage voice calls (inbound & outbound) with customers for product inquiries, sales, and support.
• Handle chat interactions to resolve queries, share product information, and assist in order placements.
• Actively promote Kapeefit’s products and services to prospective customers.
• Meet assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication.
• Provide feedback to the sales team to improve customer experience and sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Fluency in English & Hindi (knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools preferred.
• Positive attitude, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Freshers, undergraduates, or students pursuing graduation/post-graduation may apply.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
