This role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, from engaging with potential customers during the pre-sales stage to addressing their queries and ensuring continuous engagement throughout the Masterclass. Key Responsibilities: Handle pre-sales inquiries, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information about the Masterclass. Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the enrollment process. Proactively engage with participants to ensure they remain actively involved throughout the Masterclass. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Drive conversions and contribute to revenue growth. Requirements: Strong knowledge of finance or marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and retain customers throughout their journey. Prior experience in sales or customer engagement is a plus. Show more Show less
