Job descriptionCompany: Artium AcademyLocation: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400086Duration: 3 to 6 Months (Internship)Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM About the Opportunity:We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Interns to join our team at the prestigious "The Address" by Wadhwa Groups. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the real estate sales sector within a dynamic and high-potential environment. You will be an integral part of our sales efforts, directly engaging with potential clients within the residential complex.Responsibilities:Conduct door-to-door sales activities within "The Address" residential project, engaging with residents and potential buyers/renters.Introduce and explain the features and benefits of the available properties.Build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential clients.Answer queries and provide relevant information about the project.Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities.Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales efforts.Contribute to achieving sales targets and maximizing conversions.Collaborate with the sales team and learn best practices in real estate sales.Operate within a unique "club house like space" alongside a supportive team.Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.Self-motivated and target-oriented.Proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends (with a weekday off on Monday or Friday).Basic understanding of sales principles is a plus.Must be currently residing in or willing to commute to the specified location in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai.What You Will Gain:Valuable hands-on experience in the real estate sales industry with a renowned developer.Opportunity to develop strong sales and communication skills.Exposure to direct customer interaction and relationship building.Mentorship and guidance from experienced sales professionals.Performance-based incentives in addition to the stipend.A unique and supportive working environment within a premium residential project.Potential for future opportunities based on performance.We look forward to hearing from you!
