Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups.
• Support in organizing walk-ins, interviews, and customer engagement activities.
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation as required.
• Learn and contribute to sales processes and day-to-day operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM if applicable).
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and professional attitude.
• Pursuing graduation or recently graduated (preferred).
