The primary responsibility of this role is to attract and engage potential clients, generate high-quality real estate inquiries, and successfully convert leads into sales. Key Responsibilities: Proactively generate leads through online platforms, social media, cold calls, and networking. Respond promptly and professionally to real estate inquiries from prospective buyers or investors. Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent communication. Qualify leads to identify serious buyers and guide them through the property buying process. Coordinate and schedule property viewings, virtual tours, and meetings. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activity in CRM tools. Stay updated with market trends, new listings, and real estate regulations. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, real estate, or lead generation (real estate experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is a plus. Real estate license (if required by your location) is an advantage.
