As a Sales HR at the leading Ayurvedic Pharma Company in Mumbai, you will work closely with the sales team to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that drive results and increase workforce capability - Improving organizational design and structure to support business objectives - Providing change leadership and strategic staffing support - Designing and implementing talent management and succession planning initiatives - Supporting day-to-day operations and ongoing process improvement efforts - Collaborating with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment - Developing an assessment matrix to enhance sales capabilities and organizational effectiveness - Providing management coaching to address and resolve employee issues - Evaluating and monitoring training programs to ensure success and following up to ensure training objectives are met - Reviewing sales policies, processes, rewards, and recognition schemes to benchmark and implement best practices - Leading the agenda on employee engagement - Managing the end-to-end life cycle of employees and guiding unit HR on sourcing, hiring strategies, performance management, and compensation - Offering day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions If you have 4-8 years of experience in the Pharma or FMCG/OTC/Personal care industry and possess the following qualifications, we encourage you to apply: - Desired Experience: 4-8 years - Skills: Sales HR - Qualifications: Any Graduate, MBA must - Industry Experience: Pharma/OTC/FMCG - Current Location: Mumbai Don't miss this opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact in the pharmaceutical industry.
