Job description Role & responsibilities Hunting high impact news in the HealthTech, Digital Health, Healthcare IT Industry focusing Hospitals, BigTech companies, Digital Health Startups, Govt agencies such as NHA, VC Community, Medical Devices Conducting research , write clear, engaging news articles, video scripts, infographics, meeting deadlines. Proofread and edit all news articles/ posts before publication Submit news articles to editor-in-chief for input and approval Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles. Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic Promote news articles, content, post on DHN social media Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone) Update website with Articles / content on daily basis Optimizing articles for SEO and accessibility. Solid knowledge of SEO best practices in content writing. Editing content to ensure voice, grammar and style is on point Create and schedule posts for multiple social media channels Staying up to date on the HealthTech industry trends to support content development Distilling complex concepts and language into content that is easily understood Working closely with internal team members from sales, marketing, Graphic to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, branding and style Managing and completing work on time for multiple content writing articles/ news story in a day Reporting to Editor-In-Chief. Preferred candidate profile Proven work experience as a content writer, copywriter, Industry Analyst with a reputed Digital Media organization Solid experience doing research using multiple sources before writing. Excellent writing and editing skills in English. Portfolio of published articles Self Driven, very, dynamic, focused, creative thinker, problem solver, socially active, team player Highly Disciplined, very sincere, laser sharp focus on work, task execution, superb time management Knowledge of Healthcare Technology, Digital Health , HealthIT and startup eco-system preferred Familiarity with online web publications Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress) Ability to meet deadlines.
