Location: Chandigarh Travel Required: Yes Position Type: Full Time Must have experience in same products-Scaffolding and Formwork System Role Objective To lead and manage the sales strategy for both domestic and international markets, driving business growth, expanding market share, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Head will oversee a global sales team, develop market-specific strategies, and collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction. Job Description: Role and Responsibilities 1. implement comprehensive sales strategies for both domestic and international markets to achieve business objectives and revenue growth. 2. Lead, mentor , and manage a high-performing sales team , providing guidance on achieving targets, closing deals, and building client relationships in various markets. 3. Identify new market opportunities and develop entry strategies for untapped regions, both domestically and internationally, including market analysis and competitor benchmarking. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships. 5. Develop & manage sales forecasts, budgets, financial targets, ensuring alignment with business goals and market conditions. 6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the domestic and international sales teams, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and meet targets. 7. Collaborate with marketing, product development, finance, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals and ensure smooth execution of plans. 8. Lead high-level negotiations and oversee contract management for key clients in both domestic and international markets. 9. Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet market demands. 10. Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, particularly for international markets, including trade regulations, tariffs, and customs. 11. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives for both domestic and international markets. 12. Collect feedback from customers and sales teams to inform product development and marketing strategies. 13. In case of absence from duty, he is responsible for assigning his duties to sub-ordinates to ensure effective implementation of his responsibilities.
