As a Sales Head with 7+ years of experience in the IT software services industry, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our Go-to-Market team to surpass revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and enabling the GTM team to achieve revenue goals. - Leading the development and execution of enablement programs for sales, partner, and customer success teams. - Managing and motivating a sales team, offering guidance, training, and support. - Negotiating and finalizing sales agreements to secure profitable deals. - Cultivating and nurturing relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders. - Monitoring sales performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management. - Creating annual projection plans and operating budgets. - Liaising with external partnerships to ensure alignment with company principles. - Representing the company in peer group forums and business associations. - Staying updated on industry trends to provide a strategic vision for benefit programs. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience or 7+ years in sales performance, preferably within the IT software services sector. - Demonstrated experience in managing and leading sales teams. - Strong relationship-building skills with customers. - Proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. - Flexibility to travel as necessary. Please note, the job is based in Chennai, and the expected working hours are 40 per week.
