Sales Head

As the Sales Head for the Module & Cell Manufacturing division, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, business development, and key account management. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for module and cell manufacturing. - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders. - Collaborating with the production, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met. - Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to drive strategic decisions. - Leading, mentoring, and managing the sales team to achieve performance goals. - Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review. - Driving negotiations and finalizing contracts with key customers. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management; MBA preferred. - 12-18 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy, module, or cell manufacturing sector. - Strong network within the renewable energy/solar industry. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Willingness to travel extensively. Preferred Skills: - Deep understanding of solar module and cell manufacturing processes. - Experience in managing large-scale B2B sales and long-term contracts. - Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.,
