Job Title: Sales Head – B2C & C2C Products Location: Vijayawada Department: Sales Reports to: Sr GM/ Director Experience Level: 10+ years in sales, with strong leadership in B2C and/or C2C segments Job Summary:We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our B2C and C2C sales initiatives. This leadership role involves building, managing, and scaling a high-performance sales team focused on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving scalable growth in consumer-facing and peer-to-peer platforms. Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute the sales strategy for B2C and C2C segments in line with business objectives. Identify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities to drive top-line revenue. Create and optimize pricing strategies, customer acquisition funnels, and monetization models. Team LeadershipBuild, mentor, and lead a team of regional and digital sales professionals. Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and foster a high-performance sales culture. Customer Focus & RetentionLead initiatives to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across digital and offline channels. Use data to understand customer behavior, preferences, and buying patterns to inform sales strategies. Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and customer feedback loops. Partner with Product and Tech teams to iterate on offerings and enhance customer experience. Analytics & ReportingDefine and track key sales metrics, generate insights, and prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership. Utilize CRM tools and data dashboards to optimize the sales process and forecast revenue. Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in B2C and/or C2C sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven success in building and scaling sales operations in a high-growth consumer tech or platform business. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of digital sales, consumer behavior, and go-to-market strategies. Preferred Experience:Experience in consumer platforms like e-commerce, classifieds, online services, or marketplaces. Exposure to both online and offline sales channels. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other CRM/BI systems.
