Sales Head Real Estate & Construction Location: Hyderabad Experience: 10+ years in sales leadership roles within real estate and construction Industry: Real Estate, Residential & Commercial Construction Salary: 24LPA-36LPA (not a constraint for the right candidate) Reporting To: CMD Job Overview: The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance brand presence in the real estate and construction sector. This role demands strong leadership, business acumen, and a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Business Development: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with company goals. Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects . Drive sales targets for projects and ensure revenue growth. Build and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, investors, and corporate clients . Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve targets. Set KPIs and sales goals , providing training and performance monitoring. Ensure effective lead generation and conversion strategies . Market Analysis & Client Engagement: Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies, pricing trends, and customer preferences . Engage with clients, conduct negotiations, and oversee deal closures . Improve customer satisfaction by ensuring a seamless sales and after-sales experience . Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the marketing, finance, and operations teams to streamline processes. Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management . Ensure compliance with real estate laws, RERA regulations, and company policies . Key Requirements: Experience: 10+ years in sales leadership roles, preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure . Education: MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management. Preferred Skills: Proven experience in real estate sales, project launches, and client relationship management. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to analyse market trends and drive business growth. Expertise in channel sales, direct sales, and digital sales strategies. Experience in using CRM tools and sales analytics software. Experience handling luxury housing, commercial properties, and large-scale projects. Strong network within the real estate community, investors, and corporate clients. Knowledge of RERA, land acquisition, and regulatory compliance.
