Job Title: Sales Head Company: April3Foods (Indias Largest B2B Frozen Momo & Bao Manufacturer) Location: Electronic City, Bangalore Salary: Up to 40,000 per month (based on experience) Experience: 4+ years in FMCG/QSR/HoReCa (Frozen Food industry preferred) Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the B2B frozen food segment. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, leadership skills, and experience in the FMCG/QSR/HoReCa sector, preferably with exposure to frozen food manufacturing or distribution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and achieve revenue targets. Identify and onboard new B2B clients (hotels, restaurants, QSR chains, caterers, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Manage distributor networks and ensure efficient product distribution. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Ensure timely collections and adherence to sales processes. Travel for client meetings and business development (travel allowance provided). Requirements: Experience: 4+ years in FMCG/QSR/HoReCa sales (frozen food industry experience preferred). Education: Graduate (degree relaxed for experienced candidates). Languages: Fluent in Hindi (English & local language proficiency is a plus). Transport: Must have a 2-wheeler for work-related travel. Age: 18-30 years. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Perks & Benefits: Salary: Up to 40,000/month (negotiable based on experience). Working Hours: 9 hrs 45 min (1 hr break), 6 days a week (Sunday off). Provident Fund (PF) as per company policy. Food allowance for working Sundays (if required).
