What You’ll Do: • Build and lead the national sales strategy for onboarding B2B clients (D2C brands, eCommerce sellers, 3PLs). • Drive partnerships with top courier companies, channel partners, and enterprise customers. • Lead and grow a high-performance sales team with strong targets and incentive structures. • Leverage data to improve sales funnels, customer onboarding, and retention metrics. • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales goals with business growth. Who You Are: • Proven experience (7–12 years) in logistics, SaaS, or supply chain tech sales. • Hands-on with enterprise sales, channel partnerships, and revenue forecasting. • Deep understanding of logistics aggregators, courier APIs, and D2C/eComm needs. • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills. • Highly motivated to join a fast-scaling startup and make an industry-wide impact.
