Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Head located in Hyderabad. The Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with marketing and product development teams to optimize sales efforts and revenue growth. Qualifications Proven track record in sales leadership, strategy development, and team management Strong understanding of ERP software and business management solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities Experience in CRM, financials, supply chain management, and customer service Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus Show more Show less
