Job Title: Client Engagement & Sales Follow-up Specialist πŸ“ Location: Gurugram (DLF City) – On-site preferred (Hybrid flexibility possible) πŸ•’ Work Type: Full-Time | Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Occasional evening follow-ups or Sunday webinars may apply) 🎯 Job Objective To convert qualified but undecided leads from webinars, 1-on-1 consultations, and walk-in clients into confirmed program participants through consultative calling, nurturing follow-ups, and confident sales communication . πŸ“Œ Key Responsibilities πŸ—£οΈ 1. Sales Calling & Lead Conversion Call all webinar attendees, 1-on-1 consultation leads, and inquirers within 24 hours of engagement. Guide them through the decision-making process with clarity, confidence, and care. Present program benefits, address objections, and confidently explain pricing. πŸ”„ 2. Follow-Up Management Maintain structured follow-up cycles (calls, messages, emails) for undecided leads. Nurture prospects over multiple touchpoints to build trust and urgency. You can use CRM tools or follow-up systems to ensure no lead is lost. πŸ“Š 3. Client Engagement and Pre-Sales Support Act as the first human connection between our brand and the potential client. Clarify offerings, explain program pathways, and highlight the client’s potential ROI. Invite leads to attend further webinars, intro calls, or sample sessions if needed. 🧾 4. Reporting and Data Tracking Record call summaries, client concerns, and decision status in CRM or an Excel sheet. Provide daily and weekly updates on leads contacted, conversions made, and feedback gathered. 🌟 5. Client Relationship Building Build genuine rapport and long-term trust with prospects. Handle doubts with patience and integrity; never resort to pressure selling. Represent the founder’s vision and philosophy in tone and communication style. πŸŽ“ Qualifications & Skills 🧠 Required: 1–3 years of experience in telesales, consultative selling, or client onboarding (coaching, wellness, education, or premium services preferred). Excellent communication (spoken and written English & Hindi). Proven ability to close high-ticket or transformational services. πŸ’‘ Desirable: Background in personal development, coaching, education, or wellness. Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets and CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
