Description

We are seeking experienced Sales Executives/Coordinators to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance our market presence.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and promotional activities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and preferences.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and achieve targets.
