Job Title: Sales Associate (Counsellor)

Location: Andheri Mumbai.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Associate (Counsellor) to join our team. This is a target-based role, ideal for individuals with experience in selling high-ticket products in the ed-tech or study abroad industry. You will play a key role in guiding prospective students and their families while achieving defined sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their needs and provide personalized counselling on study abroad programs in Italy.

• Manage, and nurture leads through various channels, including calls, emails, and online platforms.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into successful enrolments.

• Leverage your expertise in selling high-ticket products to build trust and confidence with clients.

• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth application and visa process for enrolled students.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Business, or related fields preferred).

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in ed-tech or the study abroad sector, handling high-ticket size products.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about helping students succeed.

• Proficiency in CRM software and basic MS Office tools.
