Provide a personalized, human touch to every interaction, making clients feel valued and understood. 2. Consultative Selling: Understand our services in depth and align them with the specific needs of potential clients. Address concerns and queries with patience and clarity, demonstrating how our offerings can help clients achieve their dreams. Persuasively communicate the value of our services, converting inquiries into enrolments. 3. Problem Solving: Identify and empathize with the challenges faced by potential clients in launching their coaching careers. Offer tailored solutions that help clients see a clear path to success. 4. Follow-Up and Relationship Building: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads, ensuring no opportunities are missed. Build long-term relationships that foster trust and encourage referrals. Key Skills and Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the coaching, education, or related fields. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a charismatic & empathetic approach. Strong understanding of human behavior and the ability to connect on a personal level. Proven ability to convince and convert leads while maintaining integrity and trust. A background in coaching, education, or personal development is highly preferred.
