Role Overview

cold-calling sales role

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from Google My Business
  • Introduce Field Promax and explain the basics of the product
  • Set up product demos with the sales manager
  • Send follow-up emails and WhatsApp/SMS (if needed)
  • Maintain call logs and lead details in CRM
  • Follow up with prospects after the demo until closure
  • Meet weekly demo booking targets

Required Skills

  • 1-4 years of experience in

    cold calling

    or

    US B2B sales

  • Strong spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
  • Ability to handle objections and keep conversations simple
  • Basic understanding of SaaS or willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in US time zone (evening shift IST)
