You will be joining Fivebro Water Services Private Limited as a Junior Sales Executive with a focus on water treatment. Fivebro is a pioneer in the water treatment industry in India, with over 30 years of experience. The company is dedicated to innovation in the Water, Waste, Steam, and Air Conditioning Services sector, with a team of 201-500 employees working towards delivering high-quality solutions for water and wastewater treatment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote water treatment products and services. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. - Meet or exceed sales targets by managing and expanding the client base within designated regions. - Maintain professional relationships with existing customers and provide exceptional post-sale support. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and with high standards. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to customers showcasing the benefits of our products. - Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management to assist in strategic planning. - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in water treatment sales with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role. - Expertise in water treatment and wastewater treatment plants (Mandatory skill). - Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales activities (Mandatory skill). - Strong sales reporting skills and the ability to analyze sales data effectively. - In-depth product knowledge and the ability to convey technical details to non-technical audiences. - Excellent team collaboration skills to work closely with colleagues in pursuit of organizational goals. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to foster strong relationships with clients. - Ability to handle client objections and close deals efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction.,
