Sales Executive - Watches

Job Description

Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner, engage with them to understand their requirements and direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters. Demonstrate models and introduce various product offering to the customers and facilitate customer buying decision. Drives sales through engagement of customers and suggestive selling by building customer confidence. Advise customers by providing accurate information (e.g. product name, features etc.) Provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) and ensure customer satisfaction in each sale. Inform customers about discounts and special offers and gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with Manager. Achieve sales target for the allocated section. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and make frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Prepare the estimate of the products selected and complete the sales transaction and processes payments by totaling purchases and billing. Negotiate/close deals, understand & handle queries and complaints of the customer and address with the right solution. To demonstrate high levels of integrity and honesty at all times, establishing a culture of both personal and organizational trust.
