This dual-role professional will generate leads through calls, follow up with interested prospects, and assist in converting them into franchise partners. A blend of telecalling confidence and sales field drive is key to success in this role. --- Key Responsibilities: 🗣 Telecalling: Call inbound and outbound leads from our franchise campaigns. Explain brand concepts, franchise models, and investment structures clearly and confidently. Qualify leads based on interest level, budget, and location. Follow up regularly and book appointments for detailed discussions. Maintain accurate call records using CRM tools. 🤝 Sales Execution: Conduct virtual or in-person meetings with interested franchise prospects. Share brochures, pitch decks, and investment proposals. Coordinate with the brand heads for outlet visits or final discussions. Close deals and assist in onboarding new franchisees. Meet monthly targets for lead conversion and finalizations. --- Eligibility Criteria: Minimum HSC or Graduate in any stream. 1+ years of experience in telesales/sales (FMCG, franchise, real estate preferred). Excellent communication in Hindi, Marathi, and English. Basic computer & CRM software knowledge.
