Role & responsibilities - Conduct door-to-door sales visits to potential customers to promote CASA along with other products and services. - Identify and prospect new customers by understanding their banking needs and offering appropriate solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Achieve sales targets by effectively pitching CASA along with FD, RD & LI GI and converting leads into sales. - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding account opening procedures, documentation requirements, and product features. Preferred candidate profile Minimum educational qualification Graduation. Prior experience in field sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and target-driven mindset. Fluency in local language(s) preferred. Vehicle along with Driving License.
