Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Conduct outbound calling and warm calling to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
• Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote products and services effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase technology solutions to clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Foster strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with inside sales techniques and outbound calling strategies.
• A background in marketing is a plus, enhancing your ability to connect with potential customers.
