Sales Generation: Identify and generate sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service and understanding individual travel needs. Travel Package Creation: Design and present customized travel packages, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation, based on client preferences and budget. Negotiation: Negotiate with travel service providers to secure the best deals for clients, while also considering the company's bottom line. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, both monthly and annually. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track conversion ratios, and identify areas for improvement. Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM software to track sales performance, generate reports, and identify trends. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities. Problem-Solving: Identify and address challenges in the sales process to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction. Collaboration: Work with other teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless client experience. Customer Education: Educate clients on various travel options, including visa requirements, passport procedures, and insurance policies.
