Role & responsibilities Lead negotiations with potential clients, addressing concerns, and closing deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management. Represent the companys business policies in various conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to attract more and more clients Gather extensive information about competition, benchmark products and services against industry standards and recommend best practices Travel across various countries if required to attend various seminars, and events. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members, sharing best practices and helping them develop their skills.
