Job Description

Job Title : Sales Executive Location : Silvassa Experience : 1–2 years Education : MBA in Sales & Marketing or equivalent field sales experience Key Responsibilities Develop a portfolio of new business accounts through active prospecting. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final closure. Handle customer enquiries via face-to-face meetings, phone, or email. Engage with prospective customers to understand and fulfill their requirements. Achieve revenue targets in alignment with the Area Business Plan. Coordinate with the marketing team to create sales-related materials. Build and maintain strong business relationships with potential clients. Plan daily activities to optimize opportunity management and time usage. Gain a deep understanding of the local market and industry trends. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and use platforms like LinkedIn to generate leads. Maintain and update CRM software with sales activities and client interactions. Create and manage a small team for back-office support to meet company sales goals. Requirements Knowledge of plastic products and related industries is a strong plus. Strong understanding of marketing principles and negotiation strategies . Leadership qualities and the ability to build and manage support teams. Highly self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
