Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at TGH. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals in the IT services industry. Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders Present and demonstrate our IT services and solutions to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and solutions that address client requirements Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress to the sales manager Stay updated with industry developments and trends to effectively position our offerings in the market Continuously develop and enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-learning Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience of 01-05 years in sales, preferably in the IT services industry Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business development Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for effective pipeline management Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events If you are a driven and ambitious sales professional looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to our company s growth, we invite you to join our team at TGH.
