Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive (Fresher/Experienced) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, business promotion, and lead conversion to drive admissions for our training programs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through online/offline channels. Counsel prospective students and parents about our courses and training programs. Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure maximum conversion. Conduct promotional activities, including field marketing, tie-ups with colleges, and social media promotions. Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to business growth. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead generation activities. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with students and parents. Requirements: Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in sales, tele-counselling, or lead conversion (preferred in the education/training industry). Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to work under targets and pressure. Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software is a plus. Self-motivated and eager to learn. Benefits: Fixed salary + incentives based on performance.
