🎯 Role Overview

We’re hiring a dynamic

Sales Executive

to manage

B2B technical sales

of our solar products. The role includes lead generation, client engagement, pricing negotiations, and closing deals with EPCs, developers, and distributors.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with B2B clients (EPCs, solar developers, distributors) to understand project needs.
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and solar expos.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing based on client requirements.
  • Manage sales pipeline and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on solar tenders, basic tax norms (GST), and import/export processes.

✅ Requirements

  • 6 Months–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in solar, energy, infrastructure, or relevant industry.
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation techniques.
  • Basic understanding of solar project workflows, mounting structures, or technical product sales.
  • Willingness to work full-time from Sector 67, Noida.
