Job Title: Sales Executive – Fresher Company: Teach Maven Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 0–1 Years Industry: Education Technology (EdTech) Job Summary: Teach Maven is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic freshers to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in connecting students and parents with our innovative learning solutions. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals who are passionate about education, enjoy communication, and are eager to grow in the sales domain. Key Responsibilities: Understand and explain Teach Maven’s products and services to prospective customers. Make outbound calls and follow up on leads provided by the company. Schedule and conduct product demonstrations via phone or video call. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer data and interactions. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth customer onboarding experience. Provide feedback from customers to help improve product offerings. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to handle objections and stay motivated in a target-driven environment. Basic understanding of the EdTech industry is a plus. Fluent in English and at least one regional language. Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
