Role & responsibilities: Comfortable and willing to work in a challenging atmosphere with a rapidly growing business. Capable to deliver under stringent timelines and as per high level of management expectations. Highly motivated individual willing to strongly contribute to sustainability and execution of ATL and BTL activities to boost sales at the assigned region Closing sales and upselling products to customers from the outlets in the region assigned. Willingness to travel extensively when required Achieve Sales targets through channel partners in the assigned region. Achieve volumes and targeted market share in the assigned region by doing extensive activities at multiple levels through various channel partners. Initiate marketing programs/BTL activities from time to time in the assigned region and monitor customer service to achieve sales objectives and customer satisfaction. Mandatory Daily Reporting needs to be submitted as per standard reporting format. Preferred candidate profile: Graduates (any specialization). Male candidates are preferred. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of regional language (Tamil) Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS OFFICE (Excel Sheet / PPT and Word) Strong Mail Communication Skills. Ability to travel across India.
