Job Description

Conduct market surveys to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities. Drive sales growth while ensuring timely payment collection from clients. Identify, onboard, and manage new dealers/distributors to expand market reach. Address customer requirements, handle complaints efficiently, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Process bookings and oversee order execution to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare and maintain sales reports, market analysis, and performance metrics as per company guidelines. Key Skills Required: Proven experience in appointing dealers/distributers & Channel Sales. Knowledge of topography of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development. Hardworking, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Must have knowledge on Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Qualifications: Graduation BBA, MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferable.
